The uniqueness of this birthplace, as well as the artistic, cultural, and historical currents, influenced MASRIERA, giving the brand a distinctive personality.
From its iconic flagship store in Barcelona, at the heart of the prestigious shopping street Passeig de Gracia, its collections travel throughout the world, from Japan to the United States.

The enamels provide the jewels with a unique translucent effect, fluctuating depending on the level of heat applied to them. Applying the enamels is a very delicate task requiring a great deal of experience and precision that only artisans with expert knowledge in enameling are able to achieve with the perfection required.

Since 1839
The story of this emblematic brand began in the 19th century, when Lluis Masriera opened his first workshop in Barcelona.
Masriera was born into a family of artists, painters, enamellers, and jewelers who were deeply rooted in Barcelona’s cultural and artistic life.
Lluis Masriera went on to revolutionize the Art Nouveau jewelry sector with his designs inspired by motifs from nature and the realm of fantasy, starting his own workshop in 1839 in Barcelona. Today, each Masriera piece is based on an original Lluis Masriera design, which forms a part of an impressive 4,000 piece collection of original drawings by the artist.
